Alex is a simplified and more linear interpretation of the Curule stool, a cross-legged design from Ancient Rome. Because the shape is so uncomplicated, the fine joinery and the beauty of the solid oak becomes even more apparent. This one is upholstered in Harry Storm linen with vintage oak legs.
